This Kansas City BBQ Society (KCBS)-sanctioned event is expected to draw thousands of food lovers, families, and pitmasters for a weekend filled with mouthwatering BBQ, live entertainment, and fun for all ages. Hosted by Tom Riggs and the American Legion Post 53 Pat Tillman Memorial, this cookoff is more than just a competition—it’s a community event supporting local youth programs, scholarships, and sports teams.
